Evolució de la tipologia i sistemes constructius en edificis d’habitatges de promoció pública a l’àrea metropolitana de Barcelona 1975-1992

Abstract

Arrel de la gran crisi econòmica de 1973, finalitza el flux migratori experimentat durant els vint anys anteriors en l'àrea metropolitana de Barcelona i es frena el ritme de creixement urbà que experimentà l'àrea metropolitana des dels anys 50. La finalització dels motius que exigien un model quantitatiu on prima la velocitat d'execució, junt amb l'experiència que deriven dels resultats assolits, provoquen la transformació necessària dels models d'habitatge social edificats posteriorment. El període esmentat es caracteriza per reflectir l'evolució que a nivell urbanístic, social, normatiu i constructiu afecta als tipus d'edificis d'habitatges, especialment als de promoció pública. Dins la tesi s'analitzen els trets evolutius pel que respecta a sistemes constructius, normativa, tipologies de bloc i tipus d'habitatges. Per aquest objecte s'analitzen les característiques d'una mostra representativa de 71 promocions d'habitatge públic dutes a terme durant el període 1975-1992 íntegrament per entitats promotores d'habitatge social a l'àrea metropolitana de Barcelona. La mostra conté promocions d'habitatges de diferents agents públics. A partir de la mostra es classifiquen tots els sistemes constructius que defineix cada edifici, tipus de blocs, tipus de mòduls i tipus d'habitatges. Les conclusions i aportacions de la tesi doctoral abarquen els aspectes següent: classificació dels sistemes constructius emprats, coneixement del comportament dels sistemes, definició tipològica dels edificis i dels habitatges, influència de l'agent promotor en els aspectes morfològics i constructius de l'edifici, definició tipològica dels sistemes d'agregació entre mòduls edificatoris i anàlisi de l'evolució dels aspectes normatius.

In the wake of the great economic crisis of 1973, the migratory movement undergone through the previous twenty years in the metropolitan area of Barcelona comes to an end and urban growth slows down heavily. The end of necessity that requires a quantitative model in which construction speed prevails, added to the experience acquired from the given results, provoke the necessary transformation of the social housing models built afterwards. The referred period is characterized by the reflection of the evolution that affects the urban, social, regulations and construction aspects of appartment buildings, especially those under public funds development. The following thesis analyzes the evolutive traits regarding construction systems, regulations, block and housing tipology. For this only purpose a representative sample of 71 different public development projects built in the 1975-1992 period entirely by public housing developers in the metropolitan area of Barcelona is analyzed. Samples contain public housing promotions from several developers. Construction systems, block types, module type and appartment types that characterize each building get classified subsequently Conclusions and contributions for this thesis encompass the following aspects: classification of the identified construction systems, knowledge on each system's behaviour, typological definition of the buildings and housing, developer's influence on the morphologic and constructive aspects of the building, typological definition of the aggregation systems between building modules and analysis of the evolution of the regulations system.
