Este trabajo pretende proporcionar un ejemplo de la recopilación de datos a tener en cuenta antes de cualquier diagnóstico de un inmueble y su posterior intervención.; This stretch of the medieval walls of San Bernabe, belongs to the first walled enclosure of the city of Zamora in Spain. The use of seismic refraction techniques, geo-radar and CT scanning is widespread in previous nondestructive inspections of other listed buildings. The analysis of the images in the areas inspected with photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning supports the process of data collection and the wall’s subsequent diagnosis. The data obtained by thermal imaging reveal that the stretch in question has some humidity in its backfill, which extends to the outside, and there is some crumbling of the stonework. These techniques have been developed in other fields unrelated to the assets that make up the Historical Heritage. This work aims to provide an example of the data collection to be taken into account prior to any diagnosis of a property and its subsequent intervention.

Melián Melián, Juan Alejandro; Martín Gutiérrez, Jorge
In university education today, students must demonstrate motivation and show a willingness to take on a more proactive role in the acquisition of the competencies needed to successfully handle professional challenges if they are to gain a well-rounded educational experience, especially given the significant importance now being placed on learner autonomy in the professional world. During their training, Technical Architecture students must assimilate and apply competencies relevant to the subject Graphic Expression. To assist them with this task, the authors have developed an experience that uses ICT-based Learning Objects (LOs) specifically designed and developed for use as teaching aids in a university degree subject delivering training to this type of professional in this subject area. Results indicate that intrinsic motivation increases significantly amongst students following the use of the aforementioned LOs. This is fundamental in the development of deeper learning as it ensures the comprehension, retention and transfer of content being learnt, and, as such, facilitates the acquisition of competencies in the subject area of Architectural Graphic Expression.

<summary type="text">Bab Tut of the medina of Tetouan (Morocco): study and data for its conservation
Vergara Muñoz, Jaime; Martínez Monedero, Miguel
At the beginning of the Spanish Protectorate in Morocco (1912-1956) the medina of Tetouan, with its walls and gates, was perceived as a fundamental part of the traditional city that was to be conserved. It is interesting to consider, in this sense, the concern that since the war of Tetuan (1859) was to obtain an adequate graphic representation of this architecture. Among the Maps of the Spanish Army Geographical Service are the first drawing that were made (scale 1:100) of the gates of the medina. They are signed by Francisco Gomez Jordana; Alejo Corso and Eduardo Alvarez in 1888. The purpose of this study is to publish the Bab Tut survey and its description. Thanks to this drawing we can know the exact status of the gate before the Spanish occupation and establish a documentary base that facilitates the recovery of this defensive heritage of the city of Tetouan.

There is no specific literature on the constructive development of the fortifications of Tetouan. The walls of the Medina have been remade throughout history. It is now presented as a sum of actions that hinders the direct study of the construction system.
